And that was as much as in the area as that pen given against us at Anfield against Sheff United. Some complete double standards on here when it comes to analysing VAR, as per.

No, it really wasn’t, as last night that foul was clearly outside the box. It’s doesn't always have to be about your lot ffs. That one was clearly on the line btw.

in the FT analysis at the end it was Souness who pointed out that it was Pogbas fault.

Not. Fab's main body was on the line - the foot he made contact with wasn't.

Would have been an injustice last night if that pen hadn't been given. Clearly on the line.

First real test for you since the injury problems?

Had a relatively easy run since the Everton game. Even City were in **** form when you played them <whistle>

Hmm, not really sure I'd describe Leicester, Wolves, Ajax, Atalanta and City as '****', but our most important game of the season in that the more points we drop before Jan (when we're usually **** even with a full squad, bar last season), the more a mountain we'll face against City in the run-in, imo.

City haven't looked that good imo. Can't write them off though.

I won't go into each of those games but they either never put enough pressure on that defence or had the quality in the final third to do so.

Having said that, I doubt Spurs will either. Your midfield will be too strong and I doubt Son and Kane on their own will be enough to get a win. Probably going to be a draw but I actually think you'll win.

Nice 10 day break since your last game before you play Spurs so nothing for Klopp to moan about :D

I'm sure he'll find something to moan about, especially if they lose. <laugh>
