I fear the worst for him tbh. He’s a striker known for scoring goals with his head, obvs it depends on the extent of the injury but there has been a relatively recent comparator with a player from Hull - Ryan Mason, who ended up having to retire at 26 on medical advice. Terrible incident and he’s a player I admire greatly, he’s vastly underrated imo. It’d be awful for the fella if this ends his playing days. As for leaving Luiz on, that was plain idiocy in more ways than one.
If I was some higher up at Arsenal I'd want to sit Arteta down and ask him quite frankly what the **** he was thinking. But Arsenal seem a spineless lot.
The decision should be taken out of the club's hands with an independent doctor at each match as others have said. Hardly rocket science.
Think he took the place too seriously personally, each to his own though, I genuinely hope he’s ok despite all the jokes we’ve made about him flouncing.
Fair shout, though good. to have a break sometimes. It'll never change though. Some good posters like yourself and some knobheads, as there is anywhere.
Somebody PM’d me once, I won’t say who, but it basically said that everybody on the forum is weird. When you think about the activity of chatting to/shouting at/arguing with strangers on a football forum as a hobby, it is fairly weird innit. I suppose we’ve all got our reasons for posting on here. There’s some proper, proper weirdo’s as well like
I find most of it harmless and entertaining. Just can't be bothered with people who get anti just because you disagree with them.
