Now I am gluten free cakes and bread are no longer tasty
Fruit cake is ok tho and bread is edible if it is toasted
It id an auto immune reaction to gluten which is contained in flour
It affects 10% of the population and usually it starts in your fifties or sixties and means you cannot get all the vitamins etc from the food you eat
Some are born with it and they tend to be seriously ill if they eat food containing gluten

I must be glutten free also...i can't stand all these bad for you things
