Ole pulled them for the same thing last week but got called a whinger.
At least you were at home on Wednesday and in bed by 11.00pm, we were in Turkey and didn't even get back to Manchester until 4.00am Thursday so that day was gone.

All bants aside and I'm sure rcl would agree too, that's it right there isn't it. It's taken away the joy of a goal and turned it into something twisted and wrong. Now we're celebrating other teams getting ****ed by var its just not what the game is about for me, or anyone tbh.

Its funny when it's not you, that's where var has put us and it's a ****ty place for football to be tbh

Give it all back to the ref and linesman and keep goalline tech and **** var off completely would be my vote if I had one.

I do wonder if var can ruin the game to a point when it breaks itself and people/clubs/fans just **** it off until its binned off but these offside calls for fingernails and shoelaces plus the hand ball thing is just not working.

Its utter **** in its current state. For everyone.

Dogshit. Same amount of contact, same silly dives after it. Both were pens. One was given by the on-field ref, the other decreed 'A clear an obvious error'. Only difference between the two is that the same one-eyed pundits and trollcocks forgot they'd made such a fuss calling the Salah one a dive that they look titheads insisting the Wellbeck one wasn't. It'll just turn into a money spinning US sport like baseball or American Football where it's all about the occasion and the merch where nobody really cares about the result

I'm still enjoying football but can't get my head around the VAR thing and it's ruining the game for me when it's involved. I said earlier that I wish the Mane goal had gone the old way where you're off your seat celebrating only to be gutted seconds later by a linesman. Rightly so I may add but it was part of the game. I can't be doing with a goal then 2, 3, 4 minutes later it being ruled out. That's the real killer for me, the emotion has gone.

Yeh I'd much prefer the old chalked off by the lino to this bastardised version of it.

My birds noticed since the Everton game how I don't celebrate the goals anymore until after var checks now.

Like don't even get happy cos I know I have to wait for confirmation.

I get that...I’d be the same...my eldest doesn’t like footy and I’m trying to get my youngest into it but it’s a struggle..he prefers watching strippers on GTA....got a bit of time to turn him, he’s only 5.

lol, what a load of absolute koppite bullshit, Masuaku hardly touched Salah, he certainly wasn't trying to make a hoofed clearance when/if contact was made, and he didn't get near Salah's the left leg, which is the one that collapsed with his scream.
