It's set reet nice for Tuesday's battle for the top spot. :emoticon-0148-yes:

I do find it funny how no losing manager gives a winning side any form of recognition at this level. I've noticed it's been said at the other 'big' sides like Ipswich and Sunderland too.

They must think that because they had more possession, they're entitled to a win against the likes of City, Ipswich, Sunderland etc. They can't give credit where it's due and won't acknowledge that their defence was utter gash. They were decent on the counter-attack and had some decent midfielders but their defence was woeful.

Nice to see MK Dons' fans are more humble and switched-on than their manager.

I always think of that one too. It did follow an absolutely superb performance a well, we should've won by a good 5 or so.

Best thing about it? It's all on YouTube...

On a side note from the vid, I always liked Corry Evans. Wish he could've stayed longer but was never really good enough for the PL.

That team was just unreal tbf. Everything about them clicked, even if we didn't have a high-scoring centre-forward. Everyone else chipped in with goals and linked up like they'd been playing for years. Aluko was incredible that game.

Such a shame Fryatt was injured for the season.

If he'd been fit, we would've been challenging Cardiff for the title, hands down. He would've got at least 20 in that side.

Fryatt with Aluko just behind in that 3-5-3 or 3-5-1-1 would've been class. Looking at that Leeds game, I'm just reminded we didn't even start with a centre-forward. Aluko and Koren were the front two.

And the man who had the most chances was Meyler.

He didn't give anyone any credit yesterday - did anyone hear him on Humberside after McCann had been on?
Threw anyone he could under the bus, including his scout who he claimed had told him the wrong formation that the opposition play, so they were set up all wrong!
****s me.. Any scout who couldn’t spot 4 3 3 wants sacking ASAP.

He said he wanted his team to be first to the ball. They were. Every kick off.

Just had a sneaky peak at our next opponents forum, which seems to be named after their predictions for Tuesday night. Twatted.

"If the next 2 games are lost, Lambert MUST go."

"He should have been sacked after getting us relegated without any semblance of fight."

"I have a feeling we will probably be walloped regardless."

Great goal sniffer was Fryatt, always in the right place at right time. Pure instinct.
