Extra mature cheddar, grated onion, potato, Dijon mustard and double cream.

 

Use a piece of kitchen roll, quite a good makeshift brush.

 

Why the cream?

Im asking cos the greggs ones ain't straight cheddar it's some gloopy cheese sauce ****, your come out like that with the cream?

 

Or ya fingers.

Only a touch of cream just to stick the mixture together really.

Theses are gloopy, deep filled!

 

I attempted that on one of them, just wasn’t getting the consistency so gave up.
