Yes, the variation being 3-4-2-1.

We're playing exactly the same formation as usual now, 3-4-3.
Grealish and Mount are playing up as the wide players, like they do for their clubs.
Although we don't deserve to be two down, we're just missing too many players and can't play the way we do when Rashford and Sterling run beyond Kane.
Chilwell off now too.

Just have to concentrate on the Euros and hope everyone is fit.

Exactly.
However, imo, Southgate should have ditched his beloved 3-4-3 tonight with those players missing, or at least started Sancho, with Mount as one of the two centre mids, as he was against Ireland.

What did you find so boring.
Even with players missing, England don't deserve to be two down and but for a goal line clearance would be well in it.
It was always going to be a tough ask against the World No1 side, even if everyone would have been available.
