I like the BBC.

Used to watch The Old Grey Whistle Test with my dad every week, pretty much, when I was around 14 or 15. Got introduced to some brilliant artists through that show.
Just a bit before my time but catching it on BBC 4 Friday nights,some great stuff on there every week,saw White Riot a couple of weeks ago and who'd believe that was 40 odd years ago!

When I was a kid, UK TV (think it was BBC cant remember) used to have all this educational stuff on it
The Open University I remember
Electronics, wood and metal shop stuff ect. A lot of practical skill stuff
Can't remember when it all vanished tho, maybe around the mid 80s maybe?
