I had a depot manager back in my shop steward days who had a spongy type ball to work his hand muscles...Maybe something like that would help?

As an aside....I sometimes felt as if he was thinking about squeezing my nuts when we engaged in a heated debate:emoticon-0102-bigsm

Aye, I expected grim when they removed the dressing. I knew the cuts must have been quite long due to blood seeping through. But it did exceed my expectations and some.

Gonna be a crackin' conversation piece in the future. Could have washed the mud off your arm first.

    Get well soon.

    Lucky to be alive mate.

Did my tib and fib in a Motorbike accident when a car pulled out. Off work for 4 months and the journey back to full fitness was an ordeal.

    Speedy recovery.

This thread has gotten quite long so not sure if this has been pointed out yet but there is a good chance that you would not have had the accident at all if you were not wearing a helmet.

Ouch. How long ago was that? Have you got full use back of your leg? I’ve shattered my Radius and Ulna which are now heavily plated. I’ve never had plates before, so I just wandered what to expect?

    Jesus ****!
    (not the religious Jesus obviously...)
That'll be a impressive scar, my keyhole surgery left almost no scar, you'll win on bragging rights, and can make up some excellent stories... Attacked by a shark / tiger and won ;)

Why not just get a unicycle?

    Seems obvious to me.

It’s an expensive pile of ****e.

A theraband flex bar is cheaper and much more useful. Although you’d still need to be able to actually grip it first.

    I’d recommend a hangboard.
