Apparently there are another 15 Corbyn supporting MPs who have been reported to the ECHR for investigation with some 54 pages of evidence. The 'can of worms' is well and truly opened...

So I am out in the car listening to the radio and I couldn't believe the amount of callers that said they were disgusted with what Labour has done to Jezza and won't be voting for them because Starmer is not left enough and nearer to the Tories? <yikes>
One other thing which is now cropping up.... How could Starmer not know what was going on as he was in that inner circle and if he did why was he praising Jezza in March? No smoke without fire.

Will you ever acknowledge the racism and xenophobia in the Party you’re a member of?

WTF! Watford stop trying to take attention away from what has happened today. When the HRC investigate the Conservative party and they are found guilt we can discuss, but until then accept Jezza is a 'wrongun'. Don't embarrass yourself with posts like that mate.

I’m glad he’s out. If Labour overall move more towards the centre that has to improve their chances of winning seats and reduce the grip on the country of the openly corrupt careerists currently running it.

We’ll be waiting a long time for any investigation into the Tories but question well avoided.

I don't care about the Tories. If they have done wrong they will be investigated. However no one can excuse Jezza or support him now. I remember saying on here comments made by Margaret Hodge MP and some posters brushed them off. well she was right what she said about Jezza and at that time Starmer was supporting him? I reckon this is not finished yet.

They want us to give up.
They want us to throw in the towel.
They want us to feel despair.
    But we’re not going anywhere.

NEW: Jeremy Corbyn, Seumas Milne and Karie Murphy just held a "council of war" on how to respond

They were joined on Zoom by John McDonnell, reps of Unite, Momentum, CLPD + Campaign Group

One source says Starmer "in big trouble" and the belief is he is on "dodgy legal ground"

It's not going well tonight for Labour.
Angela Rayner just on LBC said she was 'gutted' about racist Jezza and said something about a 'blind spot' WTF!
Lisa Nandy says on Radio 4 'Antisemitism punches up, not down' WTF!

Not really doing themselves any favours.

Come on now give him his moment it must have been really difficult having to defend the undefendable for at least the best part of a year, having to convince himself that Johnson has been anything other than highly incompetent, humiliated by the opposition, the press, the public.. pretty much everyone on a daily basis. One of the criticisms of Corbyn I had was that he was not vocal enough and this is a prime example, he should have ensured an investigation as soon as a sniff of this **** was about and then acted accordingly kicking out anyone out.

Sadly despite the incidents of Islamaphobia being substantially higher per party member in the Conservative party, that will be swept under the carpet. I't was good to see Starmer actually take action rather than just ignoring the public reaction, say for example in what cummings did.

You are right about people suddenly (I'm not on about people on here) being outraged by bigotry, the same people who never seem to care under any other circumstance it just seems like anything to score political points, the same people that excuse Johnson's racist comments

So he has made racist or antisemetic comments himself? Can you please quote them Rupert?

You may have noticed I did say that I considered one of his faults was he didn't act and was not vocal, I'm not excusing his lack of action.
