Yeah, my brother-in-law had his photo taken with him. Was he in a play or a musical or something?

He was performing but he also ran some workshops at LIPA (Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts for those who don't know the city) and I used to work in offices on Hope Street. I was coming out for my lunch and he was just stood on the steps of where I worked. I later found out that he takes groups of the pupils (nothing dodgy) out to Ego for lunch when he's in town (and I worked above the restaurant). It's a known thing and plenty of people told me he's a nice guy, I actually nodded at him but held back from engaging as I couldn't trust myself to not give the thumbs up and "Eyyyyy" as though no-one had ever done that to him before.

My old school. I think I've already bored everyone with the day Paul and Linda rocked up on Mount Street just as I was leaving for being suspended, so I won't go on about it again. Unless you want me to...

My sister just texted me that Winkler was in panto that year, and she and the rest of the women in my tribe, including my daughter, went to see him.

I think he's done more than one year in Liverpool but this will have been 2009/2010 I reckon. Makes me feel old typing that tbh.

You feel old? It was '78 when I met McCartney. :emoticon-0114-dull:

I wasn't born in '78. Still though McCartney :)

My father-in-law was in the year below (or above, but i think below) John Lennon in Primary school. He never once mentioned it (he's not particularly a Beatles fan but I am) until we were in A Hard Days Night and the school pictures are up on the wall and he casually pointed himself out. My wife didn't even know.
