See the media is still pushing Liverpool bias and helping them pin the blame on Pickford. AdriaN the newest addition to the anti Pickford club. **** needs to remeber the **** he gone done.
Shame Villa couldn’t keep that run going, would have been reward for how well they have done so far. Keep Barkley and Grealish fit and they will do well.
They weren't all that against us ... was more us being toothless on the night ... West Ham were far more impressive... but you can't knock what they did to Liverpool. Strange season all round. Our game against the Goons could be a classic at this rate.
Barkley was looking good in his last few games for Chelsea and has been ok for Villa so far, Grealish is ****. He is what i think of as a "busy player", busy looking like he is doing something but actually achieving very little. He "drives at defenders" and loses the ball or falls over, he takes on 3 men and loses the ball or falls over in each situation he has multiple opportunity's to pass the ball and start an actual team move or set up a striker (yes he does this occasionally but more often not). He looks good to himself but doesn't help the team as much as he could be capable of.
I’m not his biggest fan and I think he’s been hyped beyond what he actually is, as seems to happen with literally all English attacking midfield players for some reason. But he’s far from **** imo. On his day he’s a very good player and I can see him and Barkley forming a good partnership tbh. What happened last night was Villa were exposed as having a bit of a top heavy midfield and the balance in the side is maybe not right yet, as Leeds were too strong for them in the centre of the pitch and barring one chance Grealish barely had a sniff.
TBH the **** bit was probably a reaction to the over-hype I rank Grealish with many other "next big things" like Wilshere and Walcott, flatters to deceive and will never hit the heights some seem to expect.
Yeah, I saw him being talked about as an £80m player ffs. Just no. The fact that no one came in for him this summer when his stock was high and his contract running down, maybe tells its own story. He’s on a new long term contract now, and so he’ll have to really step it up if he’s to get a move away in the next year or so, as they’ll try and price him out of it.
I'm just happy the way all these teams and star players are out of sorts, tired or not quite on form when we play them, I guess it's just good fortune really.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/54666403 So you're allowed to watch football indoors inside a cinema or a hospitality suite but can't go to a stadium which is outside. Mental.
yeah, but one good game was against the worlds best defender. Was turned inside out so much it weakened his knee.
