Plenty on here will not like Mario starting.

Hi folks. I really don't give our team much hope; but surely we must win a game at some point, mustn't we?
The bookies clearly think we won't win a game all season
The new big striker we signed this season hasn't played in the league so far and hasn't been on the bench either. At the moment we don't seem to have anyone capable of scoring, although we were robbed of a perfectly good goal against Millwall when it was 1-1 (Oh for VAR)
All I can say is may the best team lose on this occasion
I hope it isn't too embarrassing for us.![]()
That's how it was for us last season in the EPL, with Liverpool, Chelsea and Man City in the first five. Take heart, we caused a huge upset by beating Man City! It's not looking good at Wycombe at the moment after Norwich on Saturday we have Watford at home which will mean we have played five of the current top eight in the Championship. Which is a hell of a baptism of fire.
Can't agree.I wouldn't start Vrancic as I think we have better options and I'm not convinced that he has the legs to last a whole game. I'd much rather he came on later in the game when the other team are tiring. I have nothing against Vrancic and am more than happy to have him in the squad, just not the starting 11.

Me too. If he can score / assist / create good opportunities it will most likely be earlier on while the game is nice and open and he can use the spaces. Towards the end it can become congested, stodgy, and hard to break the oppo down. Let him help get us a 2 goal cushion then replace him if need be.Would rather have Mario on the park for 70+mins than20mins at the end, when we are chasing the game.
Those three may be "our most talented set up"; the more important question is whether they are the most effective one. Can't agree.

With Mario in No10 roll and Todd and Bendy either side of him that is by far are most talented set up.

Kieron Dowell is probably our first choice #10 , Stiepermann second and possibly Cantwell 3rd choice.
Vrancic is a good player but often gets muscled out of games and fades towards the end.
I would be more than happy for him to start but that would be with the intention of bringing him off towards the end , not sure he would have the engine to play 90 mins twice a week in this physical league.
If he starts and creates or scores then great but Farke is building a squad for the future and at 32 this is probably his last season .
