I didn't get the avocado and egg combination. Smashed avocado with scrambled or poached eggs on wholemeal toast, for example. The two things just do not go together. Whoever thought of, and then perpetuated, the idea should be ****ing shot. Either of those things separate from the other is perfectly OK.
