The " legally blind " now computer repair guy sent the notebook to the FBI and they appear to have sat on it .

If someone puts a laptop in for repair and doesn't respond when the repair has been made , after a few months the laptop becomes the property of the repair shop as payment wasn't made .

He made a duplicate of the hard drive in case the FBI didn't act on it and sent it to Giuliani's lawyer .
The NY post is owned by Murdoch and they forensically checked the data to make sure it's legitimate.

Hunter Biden's lawyer emailed the "legally blind now" repairman demanding his laptop and incriminating data back but unfortunately he had already sent it to the FBI.
So it's difficult to argue that it doesn't exist now .
