I think I'm right in saying the Everton v Liverpool game was on BT Sport. It tied with my club own kick-off time, so couldn't watch it anyway, and I pay £10 per game. However, if my club had not been playing at the same time, I could have paid £25 to watch the Premier League game and kept the BT Sport for one month, no contract.
It wasn’t one of the PPV games though mate.

As it's patently obvious that I'm right, based on the FA disciplinary board stating that Pickford will face no punishment, I can only assume you think I'm a god.
I'm not a god, but history has shown that to people like you it must seem like I am.

You silly, deluded tithead. I said both on here and the Liverpool board that Pickford shouldn't face retrospective discipline - VAR has already seen the incident. I'd have been equally astonished had Mane's forearm smash against Arsenal been later upgraded to red after VAR had judged on it (though he did deserve to go, imo). No, the issue was the preposterous, nonsensical dickheadery shown on here that there is a rule that you can't be fouled if you are offside, even a serious foul. Had you and your effeminate mate Telatio had half a brain cell between you, you'd know that's absolutely not the case.

And as for PJ maintaining that you can't be sent off for a diabolical challenge if you're going for the ball... <rofl>

That's fair enough, but one thing I never get is why fans are so intent on having players sent off? Especially for a reckless challenge (rather than for violent conduct). Why does it matter so much?

i have already explained this but hey ho
taken from FA website

In order for The FA to take retrospective action it must first establish from the match officials whether the incident was ‘not seen’. If they confirm they did see it then in almost all cases no further action is taken

since PGMOL are now claiming VAR did review it there is no case to answer - doesn't mean the decision was right though .

Er, because it's the rules of the game? A bit like saying why are fans so adamant that onside goals should not be disallowed for being offside?

yada yada yada, I said why it wasn't a red at the time it happened, and nothing you've posted in your essays has altered the fact I was totally correct.

Are these the same rules of the game you've ignored for the past 20+ pages?

But don't worry Solid, he's only had two days - he'll soon post that rule that you asked for that a foul can't be committed after a player is deemed offside. <doh>

So is not getting a deserved throw in. It's in the rules too. I don't see anyone dedicating pages to that. I just don't see why having someone sent off means so much to some. I can't help thinking it's simply motivated by having the man advantage which suggests you need that to win.
