You support the ending of one cup competition and reducing the league to 34 matches ... the only thing that will do is give clubs more time to tart around the world playing meaningless matches while taking complete liberties which the fans who actually bother / can afford to go to games.

It's a disgraceful idea aimed at making the richest clubs richer at the expense of the "smaller" clubs.
Streamers gotta stream,

Yep and that's really what I'm getting at. I'd have more respect for his position (no matter how shallow it appears to be) if he simply said, I don't care, and left it at that. But he tries to make out there's some bonifide reason to hide behind. <doh>
When club after club go bust .Where does he expect a new crop to come from...

Oh yes, foreign players, yet saying the game has gone down since clubs are owned by foreign COUNTRIES. Fffs.

Didn’t watch the game, that’s what Ole’s doing to me.

Welcome to my world.

Ian Branfoot
Graeme Souness
Paul Sturrock
Steve Wrigley (not his fault)
Harry Redknap <grr>
Dennis ****ing Wise ffs
Jan Pootvliet (who?)
Mauricio Pellegrino
Mark Hughes

Just a few of the fools, failures, and absolute ****wits who have managed Saints over the years.

I wonder why Mick Channon never had a go, I assume the horses?

His half time talks would have been something to behold. Mick is famously incapable of uttering the simplest sentence without punctuating it with a string of swear words.

But yeah, the horses. They were his real love, even when he was still playing.

It was a 33/1 winner of Mick’s at Newmarket in April 2003, paid for my trip to Cardiff for the FA Cup final as it happens.

Kin ell. That’s some list.

Dennis Wise. Probably tops the **** list, but that’s about all he’s good at.

Is it just me but when I hear "Don Carlo" my toes curl up a bit like when you see a really bad accident or summin... But in a gay way.

I met Dennis in the qpr players lounge when I was a kid.

I didnt even hate Chelsea then and thought he was a dickhead.

Got some mates who live out your way down by Putney. They used to drink in the same pub as him and said he’d regularly be scrapping with members of his own family in there.

100% **** gene in Dennis Wise.

I did coke with him at Royal Ascot one year. He had one of those little glass vial things, offered me a couple of hits. He later got nicked for I know not what, saw him getting bundled into a meat wagon in the High Street. Must have had a good lawyer though, because nothing in the papers the next day.

True story, that.
