You eat any fermented food bro ?

I love Sauerkraut and all that kind of shiz. Got a friend who makes Kimchi, but **** me that stuff gives me the farts, enough gas to put a north sea rig to shame in a jar of that stuff.

I do like Sauerkraut. The proper stuff.

Can’t eat Soy though, it’s one of the worst foods I can eat.

Kimchi, depends on the type maybe. Spent about 4 weeks in total Over the last few years in the south around Huundai/Busan and had loads. The Nabak/water kimchi is the easiest for anyone to get into, maybe the fermented stuff is a way for you to cut British Gas out of your bills.

Yeah none of that pickled stuff, has to be done properly with salt and left to ferment. I fkin love it. I have sauerkraut with pretty much everything lol.

Kimchi though, that’s the bad gas.

What’s the deal with miso bru. It no like you ?

something I was never warned about. But different meds, different guidance. No grapefruit/star fruit for my meds. Never like grapefruit, crave it once a month now!

Never really liked Soy much anyway, it’s a cheap and low quality protein.

Only found out I shouldn’t eat it about 4 years after starting my meds.

Probably my favourite noodles, but generally any noodle is my favourite noodle. I have a good recipe for them with this spicy peanut butter sauce with chilli oil, soy, ginger and honey, similar to satay with strips of chicken or a veggie alternative and fresh veg ... peppers, carrot, spring onion, chopped peanuts, asparagus. Stir fry it all together and the sauce goes nice and sticky and kind of a little crispy
