Yeah was brillaint.

He’s everything England’s been lacking for a while; forward thinking, skilful, creative and versatile. Every other English midfielder is just bang average, almost criminal this is only Grealish’s second cap.

I still blame the bad hoodoo from @remembercolinlee and @PowerSpurs for Grealish not being a Spurs player. RCL never rated Grealish, Power thought Winks was better. It sent negative vibes to Spurs and scuppered the deal - straight facts, that...

Doherty had to even out our penalty fortune against Chelsea in the cup by missing a crucial one for Ireland in the playoff meaning they won’t qualify for Euro 2020 (2021).

Tough luck, Matt.

On the bright side, it’s one less Spurs player to worry about getting injured over the summer.

It was pretty much over already, even if he'd have scored.
Alan Browne missed several good opportunities in the match, then had his penalty saved, while Slovakia scored all of theirs.
Doherty hitting the underside of the bar just ended it one kick early.

Luis Enrique has said Reguilon’s available for Spain’s next match so thankfully it was nothing serious when seen iced up and limping the previous game.

Winks is better as a DM. Grealish would be competing against Lo Celso or Dele in our formation.
