This among a sea of other downright ****ing stupidity is why the whole thing is an utter shambles.

Friend of mine has a sister who is a cancer risk, she can’t get seen because a few old people might die a bit quicker. It’s ****ing pathetic.

Would these be the same old people that made it possible for you to spout sh!te freely.

GPs are a waste of time now unless you have the Chinese virus, they think they can assess you over the phone the ****ing nuggets
My GP in UK gave me a full medical over the phone and then provided me with a travel health certificate to show the Indonesian authorities. Then charged me 25quid for the letter.

I've got Gastroentiritis, GP asked me a million questions then just asked me to stay hydrated, ah and took a **** sample (which the results took longer than they should have to get back). Stomach pain was that bad I had to take myself to A and E, apparently all the pain was because I was so dehydrated. Now they've had me on a drip I'm on the mend, but if id listened to the GP I'd probably still be in agony

Your problem was that you were dehydrated and your GP advised you to stay hydrated? Sue the bastard!

did you have to log your balls on the camera and cough?

Except I couldn't stay hydrated because whatever I put in me went straight back out

They'd have found that out if they'd assessed me like the hospital rather than over the phone

Awww just like HBA.

I'm in the look after the vulnerable camp, use the cash they're wasting to guard the elderly and vulnerable, and let everybody get on with their lives

min leaning towards that mate. I suspect Boris is too. I wonder if he sent all the students back so as to get the disease early before the hard Winter comes?

Anyone had it yet?
Anyone know someone who’s had it?
Yes my son tested positive for it.
He lives and works in Germany on the Swiss boarder.
He contracted it in Austria just before the first full lockdown.
He was ill for a week, but not to bad.
But in March my mums partner died from Covid, it was just prior to people realising we were in the midst of something global.
It was awful to see them so I’ll, and go downhill so fast.
By the time they died, we were no longer allowed in the hospital and subsequently were not allowed a funeral.
My mom shielded for months all alone and recently bereaved.
And some folks bitch about having to wear a face covering or being asked to leave the pub early.

I'm happy to step into the breach if they need help. Mine is a more thorough screening too. Motorboating the lot. I have an assistant too. ACS. He takes the munters and elderly.

Seriously its mess. I feel particularly sorry for those with elderly relatives in care homes. Our secretary hasn't been allowed to see her mother since March. One of the kind nurses brought her to a window the other day. She has mild dementia. Due to the time passed, she has no idea who her daughter is now. This is happening all over the country.

Same with all the treatments being canned. Has anyone asked those close to the end of life what their preference is? Or their loved ones if they are not capable of making the call? i.e. would they rather just run the risk and spend their remaining days with loved ones? Of course not, they don't have those freedoms and just have this imposed. Who the **** are they to decide these peoples lives.

Its all very well pushing out these slogans and clapping etc, how about applying some human decency to the situation? The nurses in these care homes must feel it too. Not only are they walking into work wondering if they are gonna kill someone, they are also having this guilt trip to deal with. On top of what's already a hell of a job.

I went to the Dominican Republic in February and stayed in a hotel that was 80% full of Italians. My son and wife were both sick, leaving me to enjoy the all inclusive beer/rum and fine snorkelling on my own. Son was out for a couple of days, but my wife had a fever and difficulty breathing for 7 weeks. I had a couple of days of headache and feeling lethargic the following week. The Mrs tried to get tested but they refused to test her as they like to keep the statistics looking rosy over here in Poland.

She still has trouble walking up too many stairs (she was pretty fit before) and is terrified of getting it again!

R v Tabassum [2000] 2 Cr App R 328
INDECENT ASSAULT – CONSENT – DECEPTION

Facts

The appellant had deceived a number of women into participating in what was claimed to be a breast cancer survey, for the purposes of helping the appellant to prepare a software package for sale to doctors. On this basis, the appellant induced the women to allow him to demonstrate how to carry out a self-examination, which required that the victims remove their clothes and allow the appellant to feel their breasts. Each victim was adamant that their consent was predicated on the belief that the appellant possessed the qualifications he claimed to hold, and that the procedure was medical in nature.
