The naughty cat :emoticon-0140-rofl: but at least the kittens went to a good home, and your daughter has got a good taste in names :emoticon-0115-inlov

The kitten is a cat now and I wish it wouldn't jump out the bathroom winda onto the conservatory roof when am pished, shìt mesen  <laugh>

Me dad spent his third time in hospital this year on Sunday when a 15 year old pikey smashed a brand new focus st into the taxi he was traveling in on his way home from spoons for his Sunday roast
:(
They let him out that night thankfully.
The airbag has made a mess of his nose and hes got a chipped bone in his back but he managed to get to wetherspoons the next day :D

Good luck
Completely agree. I'm selling me Mam's house. Was supposed to be completing last Friday, then this Friday. Both parties have signed the papers, but the Buyers solicitor still thinks next Friday is now more realistic. Too slow to catch cold!

Best of Luck Janey. Hope things move on smoothly for you now. It seems to have been a bit of a saga mind.
It really has, it was 16th Oct last year when I paid my £500. :emoticon-0104-surpr
There was the saga with the solicitor not answering my solicitors queries, that ended okay because I got all my flooring free. :1980_boogie_down:
Then there was the lock down, which meant it was delayed, then even when the site opened social distancing meant it took longer because only one person was allowed in at once to do the work. :emoticon-0100-smile
Then the solicitors ballsed up the completion :headbang:
It’s bloody lush though :emoticon-0152-heart:emoticon-0152-heart:emoticon-0152-heart

Mine has been amazing, she really has. It’s because she asked questions there solicitor hadn’t thought of that they struggled to answer her between October and February.
They actually thanked her for raising them <doh>
She’s done so much work for a fixed fee. Worth every penny.
