A good evening for the pretenders...they done well expect the King to take his place upfront next game
God wales are dreadful without their star men. Being in a few average players layers and Southgate comfortably beats them. Reminds me of 92-94 England.
Ireland Their management decision was... baffling. I mean, their manager was doing well in a league below perhaps league 2? And he got such a big job. I understand they are desperate but, **** me.
I was hoping they'd get through tbh. NI v ROI in Belfast would have been tasty as ****. Agree that the appointment seems baffling. Be better off giving Keane a go.
Exactly this. But I think Keane would be better for one tournament run. Everything I've seen of Keane tells me the players enjoy his management for a bit, but going in everyday and dealing with him must be ****ing draining. After a year most of the lads would be dreading going to national games, facing that miserable ****.
Ye i no I reckon after a year of him being in charge, they wouldn't want to go to national games My week in week out was in reference to his two management stints. Sunderland players cheered when he was sacked, true story.
They were up He probs more likely threatend to kill em all Are we talking about robbie keane or roy keane here btw
