To be fair, if they're measuring a 'load of bollocks' I reckon it'd have to be by weight and come with a Doctors prescription.
To remain one of the wonders of the ancient world - in this case the "Hanging Gardens of Babylon", the measure has to be the angle of droop.
Load referes to the force exerted on the bollocks which would be mass (on earth equal to the weight as you say) x the acceleration (or the swing of balls).
In my old man's later years his bollocks used to swing around by his knees, could have called those the 'Hanging Gardens of Boulevard'.
