Just so that people can wrap their heads around how insane the goal totals are: the current record for most goals allowed in a 38-game season is 89, by the infamously-bad Derby side. Five teams are currently surrendering more goals...including the defending champions.

Today's [HASHTAG]#goalwatch[/HASHTAG]: 4.17 goals/game, so the average continues to tick up.

We've shipped five goals in one game, and yet have one of the best defensive records.

It's total madness.

Sheffield United has one of the best defensive records. They are on zero points! And they're one of only five clubs (with Everton, Spurs, West Ham and Villa) who have not shipped 3+ in a game thus far. We're in matchweek 4!

I told you all Grealish was ****ing quality. <laugh>

Put some good players around him, and he's world class. Unplayable today. Mcginn was too

Grealish, Barkey and McGinn will create chances for Watkins for fun. As well as helping to draw opposition defenders away from him.

If I was a neutral, Villa would be right up there as one of my teams to watch this season.
