Hi
I have been following this board on and off for a long time and now retired and locked down for 6 months I think it is time to actually contribute a little.
Been a City fan for about 30 years since about 4 or 5 years old. When my grandfather took me in pouring rain and we got soaked and city lost!
This is a very busy board at times and will from the opposite side of the fence, as a contributor, will find it intriguing! Like most do on here I have an opinion which till now have expressed only to myself or my dad, being an observer.
I am actually the daughter of a "twice removed" colleague, my dad's friends friends friend, who is a poster on here. That might be thrice?
So hope I fit in!
 
Welcome to the board, it's a lively place, pretty robust but very enjoyable, I'm sure you will fit in, we all have one thing in common, Bristol City FC, so have some fun.

Hi tnx, a friend, more of an acquaintance really, of mine sailed from your island on her single handed around the world voyage she is older than my dad and past her 3 score and ten.

Hi Red Robin, been following you for years. On here that is! you rate as probably one of the most enthusiastic supporters on here, a little bit to excited at times!... but hopefully your wish will come true this year, for all of us and the Prem will be a sustainable achievement.

Fingers crossed great start from DH and his staff.LJ must be thinking what the hell did I do wrong.
Hopefully we can maintain this start and finally have another crack in the top flight.
Life is passing us by and would love to see it again before we pop our clogs

Looks like you've joined just at the right time to follow the traditional annual slide down the table.........<laugh>

That seems strange, him taking a break? Hopefully he still reads the forum and will get back soon. I enjoy reading some of his arguments, information and some, not all of his stats, along with your posts has kept me sane in the lockdown.

Hi thankyou, from our top back bedroom we can see Cardiff, only just, on a clear day, I think it is the bit that sticks out furthest.

My pain is not as bad as most on here, I am in my 30's and covid -19 or any other pandemic aside... still got a few years in me to get that wish. My dad remembers the last time and said it was a high and a low. DH was a surprise, and let us hope he delivers. My friend Julie and I get to go to a game about once a month so don't really miss the crowds and atmosphere. Dean has yet to play with a "baying" crowd!

I think it's the struggling with his password that's causing the problem.

I was trying to guess who the poster was.
