Whats the conditions to buy a ticket in the family enclosure?

U18 or accompanying a U18. I have my season ticket there because it's cheaper but I've never actually sit there I've just claimed a seat in the Leazes corner and I have stood there all season. I'm going to re-new my season ticket in L4 so I can stay with the singing section although it will probably be loads more expensive.
