problem resetting password

anyone have any clues on how to reset the password other than via the reset password link as it doesnt seem to work at the moment?

I've tried it previously when I couldn't get it to run on my home pc as at some point it had totally logged me out and wanted my credentials (whilst it was fine on my work laptop) but when I requested a password reset for my home pc it didn't work.
That's why I'm normally only on here on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as these days as I've gone part time.
Maybe Wiz will know a workaround
 
yo wiz thanks for help although cant get JGF2 back? it came back posted 1 then went next thread posted a reply and it said you need to be logged in of course problem was then I couldn't see your pm so was in the dark, AND COULDNT READ IT.
Tried a few times to get back in but message was " needs to be unique email" ! so now I am me but not him! ...lol. so waited a while and tried via a gmail email ..another nightmare... as did it on my phone and most of the actions are hidden … sorted now I hope. good result yesterday although didn't get it tiil 7pm as out getting wet! just need to find my avatar now
