On a much smaller scale we need to copy this business model, invest in the right end of the player career, and not worry so much when we sell on the talent.
Our difficulty would be holding on to younger teenage talent such as Sterling. The scouting web of the top clubs is so vast they usually mop up Under 16s fairly comprehensively, we will have to make do with those spat out as failures with the will to prove them wrong. Eze was an absolute gift from Millwall but we'll be very lucky to repeat that. We've cut our cloth accordingly and will do well to remain a Championship club let alone dream higher if we're always selling just as we improve...

Had to Google him and still no idea if he's any good, but that's usually a better sign than when I think they are the next best thing...
I gather he is a very promising 22 year old forward who was at Arse, and on loan from Benfica last season at WBrom and then Huddersfield who were favourites to sign him this window. I suppose as he's played and scored for Huddersfield he would be in and around our 1st team, but I don't remember seeing him and like you not sure if he's good enough.
