Don't know if it's just me but I don't remember all this constant tinkering with the rules in the past.
It seems a bit ego-driven to me, people wanting to make their mark by changing things.
What makes it worse is they finally have gone to the actual ref monitor.... which you would think takes away the no one taking responsibility crap of last year.
Amazon just listed the new rule criteria... that matched not one thing....
but still no consistency apart from if it heading towards goal you're probably stuffed .
PS the Man U one would have been a pen last year and probably the one before .
