Just to bring a bit of closure to this 'boring' thread...
Society would be in a much better place if all who are addicted to drugs, legal or not, were treated equally. Addicts of illegal drugs are not scum, just as people addicted to alcohol are not heroic for their ability to consume vast amounts of the stuff.
We need to recognise that in the middle of it all, there is a human being greatly in need of the help and support of others. Addiction is an outcome, not a cause, therefore all addiction is a form of self-medication in one way or another.
If anyone needs help, please, please seek it out, because there's always another way of living.

And by the way Chazz, this 'lamb' is raising children who feel the effects of alcohol on a daily basis, due to them being on the Foetal Alcohol Spectrum, so I think I'm well placed to discuss the dangers of that particular drug.

Why is it a shock??
Championship side beating ManUre (finished 3rd in 19/20), could be considered a shock....
But Palace are a PL equal aren't they....!!?
Why I ended up hating City in PL.... Not that I didn't think they deserved to be there, but because of the top 6 sycophants in sports media (ex player pundits and journos) patronising when we got a result.....
