Tomas Tavares of Benfica seems to have overtaken him in that regard, as he's reportedly available for £7-9mHe was my first choice right back this summer as he fits the Enic profile, get a few good years out of him and then sell him for huge money if he wants to move on.
If we offload Aurier for £15m and bring in Tavares for £9m that works out nicely for us, as we'll have a player who can (hopefully...) develop into a £30-40m player a couple of seasons from now while also having a few quid in the pocket
