Two similar strikers and two similar midfield players duplicating those already in the starting line up was a handicap, surely one of the exciting young guns should have been chosen, even just to show some faith after showing such pre-season promise. The original decision to chose Dobson over Scowen was also mystifying to all other than Parky watchers. I liked the subs he did eventually make but they should have been made much earlier. Unfortunately these traits are so Parky like that they come as no surprise. I would not be shocked to see only one like for like change or no change at all, for Oxford game, who forewarned will already know exactly what they will face and how to combat it. Unless Oxford are as badly prepared as we are, I fear another draw or worse coming up.

Are the club appealing against the red card?
If they do and are successful, I don't think the manager will change much.
We dominated the game and had we not given them something more to defend I think we'd have seen a different result. ( tin hat at the ready)
 
not even going to try to guess 'parky's picks' during the season...there are only two possible reasons for the lads not getting at least a bit of time after being on the bench
they have stated they do not fancy themselves in a 'real' game...if so, why bother being a footballer (so highly unlikely)
someone was talking ****e when saying they had young lads they would like to play rather than taking mcgeady back

and at this moment in time, as no injuries have been reported, i know which one i am putting my money on.

would hope scowen gets a start and diamond at least gets a decent 25-30 mins as he just gets the nod ahead of neil for me.
