Excellent performance today lads, as a neutral, you did yourselves proud, cut out the silly mistakes, and you would have been coming home with a point 
If we’re honest the better side won, but that **** penalty decision was the difference.
Most important we had a real go. And kept fighting to the end.

To lose by 1 at Anfield has never been a sign of a bad team but just more time for Koch and Rodrigo and we will be competitive.

Our captain and defensive organiser was out injured today. Hopefully he will improve it. One CB hasn't really trained with us yet as he has been with the German squad and the other only has 3 previous appearances with two of them in midfield. It was always going to be mental playing against that lot.
We were a mess at the back, I don't want to seem disrespectful at this point so I'll leave it for a bit.

We gave Arsenal a run for their money back in January and I think we've shown how much we've improved in 9 months
Both new lads fooked up for the pens, and we deserved a point, but if we can play like that regularly we won't have a problem.Both new lads will get better as will we.
Yeah I think you will do well. Tactically you played into our hands and if it wasn't for it being early doors and us being a mess at the back we'd have won easily.
We had bad performances all over and especially in the middle until Jones came on and put his foot on the ball and started keeping it.
I don't want to sound arrogant as I think you should have played your usual football against us as it'll do you well for the season and you will cause a lot of problems for teams playing in that way.
Anyway crazy game.
Don't agree that the better team won, a draw would have been fair. Didn't we have History with that ref in the Championship. Anyway proud of the lads. It easy from here on in.

I think that’s bollocks tbh. You didn’t lash anything in on the break, and only won off the back of 2 pens, the first one being a pisstake.
