They made hard work of it in those last two overs, but a well deserved win for the Ozzies in the end. I have to say though that I think if Morgan had been captaining we could have made it a whitewash. He's a real leader and is different class.
Christ I find Archer a frustrating bowler. Bowled beautifully to dismiss Warner, but, at times, seems to amble in without really going for it. Wood on the other hand tears in and bowls consistently fast. Australia 171-5 off 34 overs. Marsh and Maxwell putting a good recovery together.
Some seriously good bowling from Starc & Hazelwood including an exceptional caught and bowled by Hazelwood..... 11/1 from 6 overs....
It will take some miraculous batting for England to win from here. You have to question Roy's inclusion having played so little cricket. He looked so out of touch, as has Bairstow. Root gone now. Goodnight Irene.
Yeah, not going to happen now Buttler has gone and no Stokes to call on. Even England can't do it every time I suppose and the Aussies are a very strong team.
