So you think our infrastructure is going to break at the seams due to a few thousand asylum seekers mate?

You do realise that a net figure of 282,000 non EU citizens came to legally live in the U.K. last year, no?
So,just open the borders then.Who gives a ****?

Not what I said.

You were trying to suggest that asylum seekers would somehow overload our infrastructure, it’s simply not true, and as EU migrants have largely stopped coming since 2016, we’ve maintained similar immigration levels due to non EU migrant numbers increasing as EU migrants dropped. 282,000 net last year, compared to 49,000 from the EU.

The reason for this, is that we’re largely a service economy and that can only expand with more heads. They never bothered telling people this in 2016, as some voted to leave the EU due to immigration.

Bottom line is something has to be done about the way it is.

Pretty sure that the majority of people risking the channel in a dinghy are genuine mate.

I mentioned on here a while back, a father refused to put his child in a dinghy bound for UK shores, as the boat was too overloaded. So the media followed him back to where he was staying in France, it was disgusting squalor that you wouldn't even keep a dog in. But he preferred that than risk his daughters life.

I watched a documentary the other day of Syria having the shhite bombed out of it, they destoyed two hospitals, completely and utterly destroyed. They were pulling kids from the rubble, as the second round of bombings came round, to hit the rescue crews trying to help them!

Like Comm said, you've done nothing but back track, and to be perfectly honest, you are now just looking for an excuse, to justify your lazy arsed reasons for moaning about migrants. Maybe next time do some fooking research, it ain't difficult, now fook off.

Threaten them with Wales?<laugh>.....What do you reckon?.Your pretty good politically<ok>
A good starting point would be to stop participating in, condoning or turning a blind eye to, countries in the Middle East being bombed to **** displacing millions of citizens.

Tackling climate change is also key, as many millions will be displaced due to their homelands being unsustainable if we carry on as we are.

In terms of stopping illegals or asylum seekers gain entry, man will always find a way. So it’s impossible to stop completely and leaving the EU was hardly helpful either. In the grand scheme of things it’s currently a stone on a mountain side for the U.K. mate. Not quite the same for the likes of Turkey though.
