9 races at Southwell tomorrow, Nass must have a raging boner <laugh>

8 rides for the irrepressible Hollie Doyle, including one that went in today and barely had a race. How many might she steer home tomorrow? She ride REQUITED for in-form trainer Hughie Morrison and I like the look of this combo. Morrison has two here and two at Sandown and looks likely to continue his run of good form.

I shall be keeping an eye on the market for the 5:30 at Roscommon tomorrow. Any move for TALKING TOUGH should be noted.

Back on the sand at Southwell and thats the sphere Derek Shaw likes. He has two on the card..

    3.15 - Due A Diamond 25/1
    3.50 - Final Legacy 5/1
    E/w singles and double.

The yard haven't had a winner since resumption but I'm hoping that will change now hes back on his favoured surface.

So two I’ve taken at each way prices

    12:00 Break The Silence @ 20/1

loves Southwell, trained at Southwell and on his run three races ago would be one to beat here. Since then he’s been disappointing but this is his course and trip. He’s drawn nicely and importantly it doesn’t look like we have masses of pace on. He should be able to sit on the pace and then kick off the bend.

20/1 is massive. I had him down at a 12/1 shot

    13:10 Tantastic @ 10/1

A 69 rated maiden is usually good enough to compete in this sort of race. He is by Mayson which is a major positive for his chances, and importantly it looks like he will enjoy this step up in trip. Again I think he will be able to sit up with the pace and then kick for home. Doubts over others in the market in terms of the sires make him good value at 10/1.

I also like one in the 3:50 but will wait until the good sprint has been run earlier in the card to see where they came.

In the 12:00 Southwell Puchita looks interesting back on last winning mark. Usually performs well at Southwell and good conditional takes off valuable 7lb. Last run at Wolverhampton wasn't without promise so could be in the mix today.

That was on the shortlist but the trip was the worry given most of its form at the course was over 6. Interesting runner for sure.

Mick Appelby seems to be finally finding form he might be worth following in southwell today and in particular Zapper Cas in the 2.40.

Bit slow on the uptake here but i've only just discovered that the ITV7 isn't just done when racing is on the telly. So with another no bet day today for me i've had another go at the free comp.

    All at Sandown:

    4:10 - Tricolore
    4:45 - Risque
    5:15 - Shady McCoy
    5:50 - River Dawn
    6:25 - Renardeau
    6:55 - Zzoro
    7:25 - Arij

    Morning all,

    A few arrows for today

Up at Ripon I like a few but have narrowed it down to two, 2.55 BRUTALAB 7/2 and 3.30 LITTLE TED 13/8.

At Southwell in the opener I like COURTESY 7/2 from a good draw and good 3lb claimed on board and in the 2.40 with skybet paying 4 places I'm going to chance CROSSE FIRE 18/1. Scott Dixon has winners here and this one won this race last year from a 5lb higher mark and is nicely drawn in the middle. At that price I will play ew.

    Hi all,

    Southwell 1.40pm

Samsons Reach 13/2 each way. Unknown whether he will take to the fibresand but if he does he has a great chance according to trainer. Horse is in good form and was working well a few weeks ago.

    Good luck all..:emoticon-0167-beer:
