yeh, boneless works but on the bone is different depth
I go for boneless often because I don’t like thigh n leg meat...breast man
plus sometimes I can’t be arsed with the faffin about fiddlin with bones
How is it trampy? All the flavour is in the bone and if cooked in a biryani even a mong like you can eat it without having to re-educated yourself with eating utensils.
