Yard surprisingly 6 from 50 with bumper horses at the track.

On the same lines as Stick,

This horse has had a pipe opener up at Bangor with cheekpieces on. He was racing in much better company than this (Yeavering Belle won the race) and now he returns to a course where he has the form and he returns in the blinkers that he wore here when running very well last season. That race he was rated 100 and now he returns to the course off 92, and whilst he was beaten 11 lengths that day, the form looks pretty fair for the grade with the winner placing next time and the second horse winning since.

I think the better ground should help him stay the last furlong better than that day, and to me he looks to have plenty of positives.

Looking at this race I can't wait for Project Mars' first race back!! He'd be going close in something like this.

Sherwood is 5 from 27 and all at decent prices and DJ is 1 from 4 with all his runners at the course.

Interesting that Sheila Lavery's other runner Breaking Story has halved in price 20-10/1 was available at 50/1 on Monday.

I must do a cheecky R/F on the two <laugh>
