He wasn't charged with anything to do with that ... it was all the stuff with the old bill...they are claiming the old bill beat them.

They better have proof if they are gonna use that as a defence cos the

Greek courts tend to completely back their old bill when it comes to "he said she said" ****.

I have no idea if he is guilty but there is no way I would be going back for a second fight with them...this will never effect him in life but a retrial could be a ****ing disaster for him.

Oh ... and Gareth "I have the facts" Southgate <laugh>

I’m calling absolute bollocks on that claim anyway, intravenous injection while you’re not looking. Oh aye, that sounds believable. Horse ****.

Should be easy to prove either way.
I’m giving the lad the benefit of the doubt. Met him a few times in his Hull days. Seemed like a decent kid.
If he is lying then he should be sacked imo.

Should it? Unless there’s CCTV I reckon it’d be virtually impossible to prove it tbh.

He’s been found guilty anyway, so........

Surely a toxicology report could be done. Didn’t they claim she passed out from whatever they injected her with?
I’m not denying his guilt btw. Just looking into possible mitigating circumstances.

It was days ago though, why wouldn’t they have had that done and then mentioned it?

No idea mate. For all we know, it could be one of the reasons they were looking to stall the trial.
A lot more to come from this I reckon.
