You need to enter your friends name and season card numbers on your application for seats in your bubble
remember today is last day to register by 4pm 8,500+ have applied so far according to Chris Waters on twitter as of yesterday
I registered last week for the bubble but as said earlier we had a good team front & back of us and the craic was ace. That aint going to happen for a while unfortunately now.
Massive issues at the moment. My dad is disabled and has his Season ticket and a helper. I Now have my ticket. We can’t register the helper as you can’t get a helpers ticket with the ticket office being closed! Communication from the club is horrendous! So our bubble should be the three of us (third being my mother most likely) it we can’t register hers as we can’t physically get a ticket. Renewal process for disabled helper is awful
I have been completely unable to renew my 2 tickets (me and my boy) because they have not catered/cared for disabled supporters in any way . . . . Vince is in a similar boat. I/we have been season ticket holders since they became available for The Fulwell End, the only way that we could ever renew is via the ticket office, which has been closed for months, and I am furious. There's nobody to ring 'cos nobody answers the 'phone, and nobody replies to emails . . . . they have most definitely discriminated against disabled fans. Good luck to those that can attend, but it upsets me reading threads like this when I'm helpless
Three out of four have had no problems with the bubble, but my mates young grandson has been rejected for some reason.. I have emailed the club to try and get this sorted.
Good luck. My dads career can’t register and they’ve had zero support from the club. I’ve tweeted them and the chronicle and Sunderland echo about it. Awful comms from the club for anyone disabled
Cath Reid of the BLC has been helping people with similar issues. Can contact her via the BLC facebook page. Good Luck
I have been given the name of Chris Waters who by all accounts has a good reputation for resolving issues. email address [email protected]
I got no sympathy whatsoever from Chris Waters when I emailed him to express my dismay after the Coventry (bastards) debacle last season . . . . his attitude was dreadful
