This is beginning to feel like it's too good the be true. Little demon in my head saying something will go wrong. Come on, please just give us this one. Our luck has to change some time.
Still going to be a bumpy ride but Sandgaard seems yo have a good head on his shoulders. It's going to cost him a few quid so I fon't see him pulling out rapidly if he gets his bid over the line. And RD may favour his old pal Murrsy. But he no longer owns the club so can't sell it. Go Thomas!!
Why is Murray still trying to hang around like a bad smell? Surely he knows that other than a small clique of supporters the vast majority of Addicks hate him now... and what about his health issues?... have they gone away?
There has already been a reasonable amount of spending at Sparrows.. 3 off 3G pitches, the training pitches (surface) have been upgraded to Prem League standard, new drainage has been installed, CACT have their base there, we part funded two 3G pitches at Footscray Rugby Club next door so have use of their 3G pitches as well. All that is missing is upgrading the buildings, I would have thought that a more likely scenario is that TS will try and buy SL to build new training facilities and rent the Valley for a while... perhaps a long while? 20 years?
I post a lot more on Twitter now... there is a lot of fake accounts supporting Elliott but you can tell them as they all claim to follow Leicester City. I just block them.
You will recall that as soon as the ESI deal was on the table, I told you of the concerns I had heard from numerous people, lots of red flags. There are none with this bloke, he seems kosher.
I have every faith that the Danish geezer is the right man to get Charlton a team capable of League One survival. He simply has to get rid of the clueless loons managing the team first
