it was the same with Gerry Adams and the IRA and the other guy Martin McGuiness
if only Our government could get a clear link between them then I'm sure our lads would of done whats best
The idea that we didn't know Adams & McGuiness were in the provos is not just laughable it is provable bollocks since they were part of the IRA negotiating team in 1972 which held talks with the British authorities whose team was led by Willie Whitelaw . In fact Adams had to be released from internment for the talks .

I bow to your greater knowledge
but it shows that to get to the problem you have to engage with the devil
and make a deal

Reactions: Solid Air
noticed that someone is quoting how their city centre is going to look etc
gave a web page to a Company called Hanro who has bought up quite a bit of land

failed to mention that the company is based in Newcastle
and has been a Newcastle company for years
I knew one of the directors

I know someone involved with one of the city centre projects - moi!!! We are Newcastle based construction, gonna sort out their ****ty city centre for them <laugh>

Seriously its a good time to get involved in Sunderland. They ain't built that bridge for ****s and giggles, gonna be some significant investment heading into that city. The big initial push I'd imagine will be the University expanding and expanding student accommodation.

Still a set of dirty bastards.

I have said this for years to a couple of business friends from Sunderland 'Buy Property' if you have the money
even if you get it on a mortgage - the building work will get round to them at some point
you know you always leave cleaning the bog to last

Still a **** University too. Beaten to the title of worst in the north east by that fake University called Teesside.

The Universities are our main source of work, so we know exactly which ones are ****e. As with most things the devil is in the detail, it largely depends what you want to study. Durham and Newcastle are streets ahead of the others though. For instance Newcastle specialises in the likes of Dentistry, Medicine, Architecture, Media plus a few others. People come from all over the world for the teaching there in those areas and they'll be ranked in the top 5 in the country amongst most of those subjects. Durham is another world class facility.

The construction investment programmes reflect this. Teesside, Sunderland and Northumbria will have their specialities too but they are not racing with the other two yet. I'd rank Durham top overall but Newcastle is a top University, and superb in those subjects mentioned. Durham and Newcastle infrastructures are top class, and you can see they have generated a lot of outside investment. Both have verys strong links with the Chinese for instance. Even Northumbria has its specialities.

Not looking forward to hearing the premier leagues bullshit tonight.... The big there there we value newcastles fantastic support and proud history ****e... Butter wouldn't melt lies from start to finish.... No doubt NUST will have sat their asking the dullest questions throughout
