Yeh absolutely. That footage Dude put up earlier... wouldnt be surprised if the first explosion is the fireworks, the second much more devestating blast when the AN ignites.

That's what it looked like. You can see the fireworks going off whilst everybody is filming and then BOOM. Looks like the heat ignited some flammable/explosive material probably under pressure. Not altogether surprising at a docks where there would be loads of industrial units. But yeah it does make you wonder who gave the nod to storing fireworks next to a fuel station.
