I vote that Glory should be reinstated.
Think we need to keep the comments about Glory all in one place mate <ok>

I also think it’s time to move on, I’m sympathetic to the cause that he is not here to give his opinions and defend himself so when I say move on, I’m not trying to silence anyone, I just want to stop the merry go round which would also lead to more negative comments about him.

I think it's high time we let the glory thing die a natural death.
For what it's worth I think he knew exactly what he was doing with his posts and was just waiting to be banned again.

I agree.

To reiterate that which has been enthusiastically ignored:

1. Whatever his intentions were, Glory was actually dead right in this case.
2. Glory told no lies in the posts that got him this ban.
3. Glory's reference to the legal situation was completely accurate. And ignored.
4. Not one other person on this board would have been banned if they had posted word for word on this issue, instead of him.

Speaking of the legal situation, you do realise that Glory could arguably sue BRB & the site for defamation, don't you. BRB effectively shut down Glory for drawing an illegal act to his attention. One might even be open to thinking that BRB was protecting LL's views .....

..... then realised that he exposed himself in so doing, so LL became collateral damage. One for the conspiracy theorists. Or lawyers.

WJ I’ll unlock the Glory statement thread so you can post it in there and have the final say if you wish? I don’t think it’s healthy if we allow this to keep spilling over into multiple threads

Why? Why one place? Why stop the 'merry go round'? No logic to that whatsoever.

Why will comments, negative or otherwise be 'healthier' in just one thread?

Perhaps the mods are a bit uneasy that Glory was actually right on this occasion & feel guilty?

Perhaps the mods are feeling somewhat impotent given that BRB clearly doesn't think they're fit to make decisions about this board?

I hear you and I’m sorry to have ruined this thread but this incident is very disappointing. Even the two guys who were allegedly being targeted by him don’t think he should have been banned.

This is likely my last post for awhile.

Best of luck to all Leeds United fans!

If you don't mind, I'll decide when & where my final say appears. Unless you ban me of course.

Or should that be Uncle BRB, as he seems to run this site now. That's the impression he's keen to give & I see no argument from 'our' mods.

Using your logic we should just have one big thread about Leeds United. Would that be 'healthier'?

Someone messaged me earlier, they reminded me that Glory is human, he has feelings, he sees things being said and can’t defend himself. There is divided opinion on him, I don’t think it’s fair that he can’t reply or give his side and I can’t influence or stop people having there own say if this Merry go round continues.

Brb has made it clearer than clear he is not removing the ban. Everything that can be said about it has been said. You can post 50 questions about it mate and there really is nothing else to say without more members falling out and more divide, why should I feel guilty?

I have no gripes with you WJ why you think I’d want you banned is very strange?

Brb and Minxy have always been the two running the site, it hasn’t changed over night, they’ve always had the final say. I’m not giving an argument to defend Glory because I feel he made an ill judged decision. Can’t speak for Elland or Bucks.

Using your logic we could have 3 Good Morning Breakfast Debates for Monday, 4 Transfer Rumour threads and 6 match day threads ;)

This is what happens mate, someone creates a thread, someone uses it as a vehicle to complain about Glory’s ban and it becomes a **** show. I’m not having a go at you but believe it or not there are many members that wish to avoid yet another 20 pages of arguing over Glory and his ban.
