I’m 46 now. I go to the GP for my annual MOT. I’ve got good BP, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I don’t lift weights, but I do intense cardio workouts (cycle, swim, surf) so I’m in decent shape. <ok>

mesomorph ?

not sure what the difference is tbh. But definitely not one of those skinny frame blokes.

mesomorph are generally in shape amy way.. decent amount of muscle mass and dont store much fat .. they are fast gainers ... .. lucky ****ers basically..

I've absolutely no idea what my BMI is - I've been screened quite often in recent years due to hospital stuff, and they've never indicated a problem, nor would I expect there to be one. Although I know I have put on between 1 to 2 stone, but that that would be understandable due to my age, and other aspects. I can eat what i want, although I do try to moderate my intake. Generally I don't eat takeaway stuff, that would be a rare treat, although I have grown to have a sweet tooth, but that's since and to compensate for not smoking, damned if I and damned if I don't.

Just done a BMI calculator on what I think my stats are, it states;

Your result suggests you are a healthy weight. We suggest you maintain your weight.

Is this the bit where you photoshop your fat head onto someone else’s body?

Asking for a forum.

For a moderator, that’s a dreadful thing to say.

I have a young child ffs!
