Used to be my go to after a night out on the piss. I used to get them to layer the rice and curry sauce for a nice even mix. Beautiful.
Uncle Ben’s packet rice is great anyway. Waste of time doing your own.

Looks good. Love leg pink/blushing. This seems something more suitable for lamb shoulder, long slow cooking.
Long and show works well with leg joints aswell, plenty of fat in lamb. I'm with you though only 2 ways to do lamb, cooked for hours or pink.
I agree, they only had 2 mins in a screaming hot pan as I thought them a little thin. Nice though.
