So the pic I posted. Add lamb, oil, salt and pepper on 200 for 20 mins then cover and down to 110 for 5 hours with lid on. Take lid off remove veg and add 100ml of Balsamic, 45 mins at 160 basting often. Out to rest, add knob of butter and baste again while resting for 15 mins.You got the recipe?
