    Yeah, it’s funny how that works for cricket, but never seems to work for football. Watching great players like Thierry Henri or David Beckham play at St Mary’s was never the same as watching, say, Kevin Pietersen turn out for the opposition.

    Spooky. I’ve been at my daughters this morning and walked across the gravel drive with no shoes on. Told her it reminded me of walking on Cowes beach as a kid. Something amazing will happen at St Mary’s today!

    We'll miracles do happen, that is the hope that keeps us going. I've just missed a call from a Citeh friend of mine, I wonder why he phoned?!
