Racism is racism, doesn't have to be violence involved. Shouting 'GO BACK HOME TO ETC' in a lady's face in the street is an attack, no one has to punch her to make it racist.

Your feeble 'I bet there are more attacks by blacks on whites than vice versa' is another DERP argument. If they're attacking whites because they're white then it's motivated by racism. I doubt that happens very often at all.
