You shouldn't have to be pushed out of technology but I will be eventually because I won't break my privacy for no corporation...

You on the other hand are a bit trusty with your personal information and would sign any agreement because you're obviously too lazy to read the terms and conditions of where the data gets sold on.

Tbph I thought he was talking bolloxs, so I checked my phone. He's right it does have a covid notification, it's within the google settings as he said it was. I didn't put it there or knowingly agree to it. However, my bluetooth is off, so it can't share with other phones, but the point he was making is correct.

Edit: nor do I have the app, that it requires. Well I don't think I do, knowingly!

Not really. Even if money were no object you can’t just make up for years of under-investment in a few weeks/months.

Funny there’s nowt on my iPhone that I can see but I’m the sheep/sucker for having one apparently.
